Do you ever have those days that you just don't have time for ANYTHING?!
I HATE doing fast food but sometimes it just seems easier than going home and cooking. But, I have found a few staple meals that I can keep everything on hand at all times and am able to whip up a quick yummy healthier meal in just minutes.
Today I'm going to share my super simple 10 minutes ravioli bake.
Ingredients:
Frozen Ravioli (I prefer Rosetto 3 cheese)
Spaghetti Sauce (I use Ragu Garden Combination- it has all sorts of chunky veggies mixed in)
Shredded Cheese
This is one of those meals that I can whip up without even thinking about it. Whenever I cook it I immediately add the ingredients back to the grocery list so I'll ALWAYS have them on hand. Therefore we can always be ready to eat in about 10 minutes!
Ready?
1. Boil Ravioli for 6 minutes
2. Put 8-10 raviolis on a plate (an individual serving)
3. Pour some spaghetti sauce on ravioli (however much you like)
4. Sprinkle with cheese
5. Microwave on high for 1-2 minutes (until cheese melts) or put in oven on broil (until cheese melts)
