Back in November, one of my youngest cousins was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes.

So, remember when I introduced you to the Glade Expressions Diffuser here (that was the sponsored post)? Now, don’t get me wrong… I LOVE the scents and I LOVE how long lasting they are….. BUT, I was a little sad they didn’t come out with any additional scents for winter. 
Manic Monday's got a new look and style!
I try to put a lot of thought and care into gift giving... one day I will give a gift so wonderful that the clouds will part, cheesy music will play, a light will shine from the heavens onto my gift, the angels will sing, and the recipient will shed a tear of utter gratefulness and surprise when they open this gift to surpass all gifts. Okay, so maybe not. My husband says I can be a bit dramatic but I don't understand why!
Anyway. Remember about a year ago when Pinterest was just a speck on the web? Well, my sister actually had an account and I was stalking her on a platform that she didn't even realize I was on.... so, in this case I guess that could be seen as the bad type of stalking. Oh well, she's my sister, it's cool. Anyway. She pinned this clock:
In case you missed it, I told you guys about my ideas for features in the future. I want you guys to get noticed, not just by fellow bloggers, but by everyone! So, instead of just posting a feature list every Saturday, I'm going to start doing theme round-ups- like this one I did for game day recipes.So, every week I'll list a few categories that I'm thinking about doing a round up for and you guys can link up posts (old or new) that fit into these categories along with your other posts for a chance at being featured. I will still feature the TOP viewed posts of the week- because I know we all love to know—but I'll probably start adding those to right before Manic Monday parties. What do you think??? Really, I wanna know!!

Can you believe it's Saturday already?!
Let me just say, I think mother nature is battling a severe case of schizophrenia! Last Saturday we were supposed to have an ice storm. Then Tuesday is was beautiful, sunny, with a high of 72 degrees. On Wednesday we were under tornado watches all day. And today the high is 27! WHAT?! Craziness!!!
Anyway, I'm working of punching up features some....not physically... more vibrantly! Like, I did with the football recipes. I want features to entice non-bloggers to check out your fabulous blogs too and I really want to utilize Pinterest more. So, starting next week, features are going to be theme oriented. I'll let you know every week what themes I'm thinking of and you can link up something within the theme along with your other posts too. What do you think?
