10 Minute Dinner: Tortellini with Sun Dried Tomatoes

You know me…. I’m ALL ABOUT super simple meals!  It seems like the days get so busy that at 6pm I’m scrambling to pull something together while a screaming toddler is grabbing my legs.  My husband makes fun of me because every month I make a dinner menu for the month and then I forget to follow it.  That is why I ALWAYS have tortellini or ravioli in the freezer—I can always whip together a quick meal as long as I have those.

O-M-G BEST Crockpot Chicken EVER Recipe

Yep, that's the real name of this recipe so you know it's GOT TO BE GOOD!

I don't even have an intro for how good this chicken is... hey, when my husband comes home and actually says "we haven't had that OMG Best Crockpot Chicken for dinner in awhile- can we have that" you know it's a winner because my husband refuses to say OMG!

Although, you really need to say it with the super hyper Valley Girl voice to really bring the recipe to life:

Okay, not so much.... but it is fun to aggravate my husband with it!
